1. Entertainment only

Couple Court is a parody comedy app. The judges are fictional AI personas, and verdicts are jokes generated by AI. Nothing in the app is legal, medical, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Don't make real decisions based on it.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

You agree not to submit content that is harassing, bullying, hateful (including slurs), threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or that reveals someone else's private information, and not to use invite links to target people who haven't agreed to play. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content is filtered automatically; any case can be reported or blocked in the app; we review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and block offending users and devices.

3. Spicy mode (18+)

Spicy mode contains profanity, crude humor, and innuendo and is only for adults 18+. No explicit sexual content is allowed in any mode.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you type. You grant us a limited license to process it (including with our AI provider) to provide the app, and to display the verdict to people with the link. You can delete your cases anytime in Settings.

5. Safety

If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services (US: 911) or a crisis line (US: call or text 988). The app will not joke about real abuse or self-harm.

6. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

7. No warranty; liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for hurt feelings from a roast you asked for.
